Who runs Nunchi

Nunchi is run by Alex, based in Stockholm, Sweden. We're responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: nunchilang@gmail.com.

What we collect on this site

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Whether you ticked "beta test on Android".
• The campaign or link you came from, if the link carried one (for example ?ref=tiktok).

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. Fonts are served from our own site, not Google.

Why

To email you when Nunchi opens, to invite you to the Android beta if you asked for it, and to send occasional product updates. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it

Our waitlist is stored with Supabase in the EU, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our data processors. If you join the beta, we share your email with Google Play only to give you test access.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after the app launches.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
